The field of dietetics comprises of three key pillars: food service administration, community nutrition and therapeutic nutrition. Kirstin understands each pillar's importance and value on its own and the connection between all three as being intertwined. Thus her services offered cater to all aspects of nutrition to meet individual, community and societal needs.
Initial individual consultation
In this consultation, we will analyse your body composition, blood results (if available), clinical signs and diet history. Together with your medical history and goals, we will create an individualised plan collaboratively. I will ensure the goals set are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timebound. The consultation includes individualised dietary guidelines and nutrition education so that you leave feeling empowered to take ownership of your health journey.
