Advocate for the First 1000 Days | Foodie | Content Creator | Dog Mom | Entrepreneur
I'm a South African dietitian who has found a new home in the vibrant city of Istanbul. My passion lies in paediatric palliative care, where I strive to make a difference in the lives of children and their families during challenging times.
Additionally, I am a South African Certified Lactation Consultant, driven by my belief in the importance of nutrition in the first 1000 days of a child's life.
As a lifelong learner, I am always studying and immersing myself in the world of research and academia. I find great joy in exploring new knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in my field. This dedication to continuous learning allows me to provide the best possible care and support to my patients.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a firm believer in the power of connection and community. I love connecting with individuals from all walks of life, both locally and globally. Food, travel, and creating a happy, healthy lifestyle are my passions outside of work. These interests allow me to engage with others on a personal level and foster meaningful connections that enrich my life and the lives of those around me.
